Martin Helda
Martin Helda was born and raised in San Jose, California. He attended school at Willow Glenn high school. He got into the commercial floor business with his father at the age of 15 years old He started as an apprentice quickly and quickly ranked up to a lead supervisor by the age of 20 years old. At the age of 21 he was one of the youngest in California history to pass the California State Contractors Licenses Exam from there he started his own Commercial flooring company. He now has been in business for over 12 years with more than 60 employees and takes pride in being the largest non-union shop in the bay area. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his kids and taking them to participate in sports like football and softball and taking vacations. His hobbies are classic cars. He has two mustangs that he is restoring right now. He is also a Real Estate investor on multiple rental properties and his hobby is finding houses for really good deals and fixing them up and then renting them out. That’s what he loves to do and it will fund his retirement.
